Made from kadayıf, milk, butter, beet sugar and semolina, it is far more filling than other desserts and full of energy and flavour, with a character of its own. It is produced and sold only by Hoydi28 Fındık. Served as a single slice, denser in consistency and practical to portion. It contains no water and no additives, and stays fresh for 3 days.
