Broadcast on Kanal 7, "Memleket Gibisi Yok" told the story of the bond between Giresun and its hazelnuts. The footage included hazelnut orchards, houses on the hillsides and views of the city.
Huri Sapan joined Ayhan Akten at a table laid with hazelnut butters, Karadeniz Fırtınası cookies, hazelnut kadayıf, croquant, packs of roasted hazelnuts and hazelnut blossom cologne. Each product was introduced and its production explained.
The programme focused on the aroma and oil content of Giresun hazelnuts, showing with examples how many different products hazelnuts become, from cookies to kadayıf and from butter to cologne.
