Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller is Ayhan Akten, whose details are given below.
We process identity data (first name, surname), contact data (phone, e-mail, address), customer transaction data (order history, requests and complaints) and, where necessary, invoice data.
Your personal data is processed to conclude and perform the sales contract, prepare and deliver your order, invoice, run customer service, meet our legal obligations and, if you ask for them, send you promotional messages.
Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: "being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract", "compliance with a legal obligation" and "the legitimate interest of the data controller". Commercial electronic messages are sent only with your explicit consent.
Your data may be transferred to courier companies to make deliveries, and to our accountant and competent public authorities for accounting and legal obligations.
If you consent to cookies, site usage statistics are transferred to Google LLC (abroad) through the Google Analytics service, based on your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent using the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page.
Your personal data is kept for the limitation and retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; once these expire it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction; to request that correction or deletion be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to any outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
