Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller is Ayhan Akten, whose details are given below.

Personal Data Processed

We process identity data (first name, surname), contact data (phone, e-mail, address), customer transaction data (order history, requests and complaints) and, where necessary, invoice data.

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed to conclude and perform the sales contract, prepare and deliver your order, invoice, run customer service, meet our legal obligations and, if you ask for them, send you promotional messages.

Hukuki Sebep

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: "being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract", "compliance with a legal obligation" and "the legitimate interest of the data controller". Commercial electronic messages are sent only with your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your data may be transferred to courier companies to make deliveries, and to our accountant and competent public authorities for accounting and legal obligations.

If you consent to cookies, site usage statistics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement and remarketing data (Google Ads) are transferred to Google LLC (abroad), based on your explicit consent. If you do not consent, no cookie is used and you are not identified; Google only receives a cookieless, anonymous aggregate signal. Each consent is asked separately; you can withdraw it using the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page.

Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for the limitation and retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; once these expire it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
