Prepared under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
This agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER, whose details are given below, and the BUYER who places the order. By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
The subject of this agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER on the SELLER’s website, whose features and sale price are stated on the order page.
The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price and payment method of the product are as stated in the order summary and on the invoice. Listed prices are sale prices and include VAT. Advertised prices and offers remain valid until updated.
The product is delivered to the address given by the BUYER at the time of ordering, via our contracted courier. Delivery takes no longer than 30 (thirty) days from order confirmation; under normal conditions orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Shipping is paid by the SELLER on orders of 2,500 TL and above. Below this amount, shipping is paid by the BUYER and shown in the order summary.
Some products cannot be sent by courier because of their nature. As stated on the product page, these are sent by intercity coach for collection at the terminal; delivery details are shared with the BUYER after the order.
The BUYER may withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product to them or to the person at the address they specified, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by phone or e-mail within this period. The product must be returned with its invoice and box/packaging, in resaleable condition.
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Food products whose packaging has been opened after delivery; products unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons; perishable products or products that may pass their expiry date; products personalised at the BUYER’s request.
If the product is delivered defective, incomplete or damaged, the BUYER notifies the SELLER within a reasonable time of delivery. In this case all costs, including shipping, are covered by the SELLER and the product is replaced free of charge or refunded.
If the package shows visible damage on delivery, the BUYER should have the courier record a damage report before accepting it.
The price of the product is refunded to the BUYER’s original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice reaching the SELLER. For credit card payments, the time taken for the refund to reach the account depends on the bank.
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s or the SELLER’s place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
The parties agree that by placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
