Shipping times, fees and special delivery conditions.
Orders placed by 16:00 are handed to the courier the same day; later orders are handed over the next working day. There are no dispatches at weekends or on public holidays.
Once handed to our contracted courier, delivery takes 1-3 working days on average across Türkiye. This may be longer during busy periods.
Shipping is free on orders of 2,500 TL and above. Below this amount, the shipping fee is shown in the order summary and paid by the buyer.
Some freshly made products, such as milk hazelnut Giresun kadayıf, cannot be sent by courier because of their nature. These are delivered only to the destination terminal by intercity coach companies. We will contact you after your order with the delivery details.
Check the outer packaging before accepting the parcel. If it is crushed, torn or wet, have the courier record a damage report and do not accept the product.
It is important to enter the delivery address completely and correctly. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, the cost of resending it is paid by the buyer.
